1-888-OHIOCOMP scores high in employer satisfaction

CLEVELAND, OH – 1-888-OHIOCOMP Executive Director Dan Neubert today announced that the managed care organization (MCO) had achieved an overall employer satisfaction rating of 4.34, exceeding the statewide average of 4.28 for all MCOs.

Each year, BWC conducts a survey of employers throughout the state to determine their level of satisfaction with their MCOs. Employers ranked MCO satisfaction on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest.

“At 1-888-OHIOCOMP, we are very proud of the service we provide to Ohio’s employers and their injured workers,” said Neubert. “Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to all our customers each and every day.”
