Clarification of drug-free discounts
Drug-Free Workplace Program (DFWP) discounts remain in effect for those employers who are not in a group-rating program.

Effective July 1, 2009, employers who are in a group-rating program will no longer be able to stack the DFWP discount. Group employers participating in DFWP or DF-EZ for the Jan. 1, 2009 program year will be able to stack the DFWP discount for the first half of the program year, Jan. 1 - June 30, 2009. However, they will not receive the DFWP discount for the second half of the 2009 program year or for any subsequent program years as long as they are in a group.
