This is an administrative assistant position that requires strong customer service skills.

Responsible for contacting all parties involved in workers' compensation claims, data entry and clerical work.  Candidate must work well in a team environment and have experience with Microsoft Office Products.  Workers' Compensation experience a plus.

General requirements:

Must be computer literate with good oral and written communication skills.  Orthopedic background is a plus.  Willing to explore training for the right candidate.

RN - 3 years Clinical Experience required. Telephonic case management a plus.

LPN – At least 3-5 years nursing experience.

Duties for this full-time position include processing and coding medical bills for managed care organization. Must be detailed oriented and have excellent computer keyboard skills. Advanced knowledge and understanding of ICD-9 and CPT coding required.
